When Rev.Shwe Kee visited to Malaysia he preached and talked closely to the Dai people that they should work for their people. He explained that the living standards of Dai culture and societies. He also told us that the ethnology of Dai people and the population and villages of Dai.
On 16 February 2008, a group of Dai people met round about 7:00 pm at Dai Christian Fellowship in Kuala Lumpur discussing for the living standard of Dai people not only in Malaysia but also in all the countries of the world. They decided that they have to do their best for Dai people. So all of the attendances agreed that they should establish Dai Community. After that they chose five persons who are from Kanpetlet, Mindat, Matupi and Palatwa to announce the information of the establishing Dai Community day.

From Kanpetlet Dominique Thet Saw, Mindat Peter Kee Choi, Matupi Willie Lyan Zune and Paletwa Victor Mal Swam were taken the duty to inform all Dai peole in Malaysia and around the world about ceremony for establishing and constitution of Dai Community in Malaysia within one week later.
